One of the top solutions in intermittent fasting which is opposite to traditional fasting is which practice of breaking between eating and fasting. It helps to improve the digestion system which in turn maintains the blood pressure and does not gain a good weight. So adopting the habit of fasting will be good for your life.

Spend Time With Yourself

Self-reflection is a method to look deep inside your own with the passage of what you are getting in achieving your goal. It also helps to see the graphs of your personal growth which tends to be creative – once again another helpful habit for growing faster and validating your success.

Avoid Social Media

It has different benefits for brain health and is supportive of helping people belonging to the same domain. Comparison with others is bad and damages emotionally so not using Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat and other social media platforms will bring a feeling of doing alone to be successful. One other benefit is to be productive in your work, in other words, helps you to not waste time in the wrong direction.
